Vintage Mid Century 1950’s-60’s French Bentwood Coat/Hat Rack .
 
This French vintage bentwood coat rack is made of solid wood and very French. It is in great condition, with the 3 curved hooks that are for coats and hats, with the top being curved and overturned, the bottom hooks have ends that look like small mallets. 
 
The main body that you attach to the wall is turned wood with great shape. The three curved coats and hat pegs are attached to the body at the bottom and kept in shape at the top by a piece of curved wood.  You can attach the coat hook to your wall by attaching the two hooks at the top and bottom of the main body to hooks or screws that are on the wall.
 
The rack is solid and capable of holding coats, hats and bags. It is a vintage item and shows minimal signs of wear.  This rack would look great in a cloakroom or hallway for hanging coats and hats of your guests, or maybe in a cafe or restaurant. So many options.
 
Condition: This French vintage bentwood coat rack is in wonderful condition, with no physical damage, just limited wear to the varnish due to its age.
